Hola, i am luz

My name is Luz and i was born in Quito, Ecuador. My family was originally from the province Tungurahua and moved in their youth to the capital city in Ecuador to find "better lifestyle". Because of this reason I got to know the concrete jungle, but luckily i always had the possibility to go in the nature where i always felt much more freedom. 

Studying was always a problem for me, but with time I felt more and more attracted to natural medicine and art, so I began various studies such as naturopathy, ethnobotany, yoga, dance, music, gardening and life.

Those are studies that accompany you the whole life.

At the age of 18 I left the city and began to travel, learn and participate in different permaculture projects and live with ecological and also indigenous communities in South America, great thanks to the Shuar people, the Quechuas, -people of Napo , who gave me so much love and good food, good chicha, that their gardens and wisdom touched my soul.

After another contrast, living in Europe for a few years, being a mother, continuing to learn, grow, appreciate and seek forests, mountains and water, there is home everywhere I go.

And now, with this series of situations and experiences, the jungle has touched my heart, with all its magic, power and mystery and of course its abundance in all aspects that I admire. This was a heartbeat and impulse to realize a vision called Sachawawa. which means wild child(@) that is in Ecuador and I am supported by good friends with a big heart.

I am currently living in Germany, working with my art and it motivates me a lot for the future to spend more time in Ecuador and grow with this project that connects Europe and South America.
